"If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the photographs or any aspect of our service, you will not pay a cent (naturally you would not be entitled to use the photographs)."*
We're happy to say that no client has ever taken advantage of this guarantee! On the rare occasion where something has not been up to scratch, it has been rectified promptly and fully.

2. Professional Membership
Principal photographer Steven Pam is a member of the ACMP (Australian Commercial & Media Photographers) and AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography) and bound by the code of conduct of both organizations.

3. Insurance
We carry public liability insurance of five million dollars.
